Memorial Day Rebate Terms and Condtions

  1. The rebate form is valid only for purchases made between May 11th, 2023 and June 7th, 2023, inclusive.
  2. The rebate offer is available only for the products mentioned in the promotional materials and only for the territories mentioned therein.
  3. Only one rebate claim per product is allowed. Duplicate claims for the same product or fraudulent claims will not be accepted.
  4. The rebate form must be fully completed with accurate and valid information, including the original receipt or proof of purchase. Failure to provide accurate information will result in the rebate claim being rejected.
  5. The rebate offer is not valid in conjunction with any other promotion or discount offer.
  6. The rebate form must be received by the specified deadline, which is 30 days after the end of the promotional period (i.e., July 7th, 2023). Late submissions will not be accepted.
  7. Rebate checks will be mailed within 8-10 weeks after receipt and verification of the completed rebate form and proof of purchase.
  8. The promoter reserves the right to verify all rebate claims and to reject any claims that do not comply with these terms and conditions.
  9. The promoter reserves the right to modify or terminate this rebate offer at any time without prior notice.
  10. By submitting a rebate claim, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
