Change Code

Procedure to change the current code to a new code:

STEP 1:

Unlock the door -
All programming should be done with the door in the open position.
Locking and unlocking may be tested with the door in the open position.

STEP 2:

Enter 000000

STEP 3:

Enter the current code

STEP 4:

Enter the new 6-digit code

STEP 5:

Repeat the new code

STEP 6:

Ensure the door knob/handle is in the locked position. Enter the new code, and turn the handle to verify that it unlocks.
Test the lock multiple times before closing the door.

Add / Delete Fingerprints and Users

Add Manager fingerprint(s):

STEP 1:

Unlock the door with the Manager code/fingerprint
All programming should be done with the door in the open position.
Locking and unlocking may be tested with the door in the open position.

STEP 2:

After entering manager code, Hold "+", until you hear 2 beeps

STEP 3:

Place the finger on the reader, lift and place with each beep - 4 times.

STEP 4:

2 beeps confirm fingerprint addition

*Manager can add up to 5 fingerprints - repeat the above steps to add more prints to this account.

Add User1 Code:

STEP 1:

Unlock the door with the Manager code/fingerprint
All programming should be done with the door in the open position.
Locking and unlocking may be tested with the door in the open position.

STEP 2:

Hold "1", until you hear 1 beep

STEP 3:

Enter new 6 digit code, 1 beep

STEP 4:

Repeat new 6 digit code, 2 beeps confirm user addition
Add User2 Code:

STEP 1:

Unlock the door with the Manager code/fingerprint
All programming should be done with the door in the open position.
Locking and unlocking may be tested with the door in the open position.

STEP 2:

Hold "1", until you hear 1 beep

STEP 3:

Enter new 6 digit code, 1 beep

STEP 4:

Repeat new 6 digit code, 2 beeps confirm user addition
Add your own fingerprints:

STEP 1:

Unlock the door with the Manager code/fingerprint
All programming should be done with the door in the open position.
Locking and unlocking may be tested with the door in the open position.

STEP 2:

Hold "+", until you hear 1 beep

STEP 3:

Place fingerprint 4x, 1 beep after each scan

STEP 4:

2 beeps confirm fingerprint addition

*User1 & User2 can add up to 5 fingerprints

Delete your fingerprints:

STEP 1:

Unlock the door with the Manager code/fingerprint
All programming should be done with the door in the open position.
Locking and unlocking may be tested with the door in the open position.

STEP 2:

Hold "-", until you hear 2 beeps -- all prints for that code will be deleted.

Mute / unmute Keypress Sound

Procedure to mute keypress:

STEP 1:

Unlock and open the door -- All programming changes should be made with the door in the open position.

STEP 2:

Enter the Manager code

STEP 3:

Press and hold 4 until you hear 1 beep
Procedure to unmute keypress:

STEP 1:

Unlock and open the door

STEP 2:

Press and hold 4 until you hear 2 beeps

Battery Replacement

Battery Expiration Dates

Located on the lower right you can find the battery expiration date. Our Master Safe Tech recomends using a fresh new battery with the expiration date at least 5 years out from the current year.
