NW Safe Giveaway
1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE OR TRANSACTION WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCE OF WINNING.
2. ADMINISTRATION; NW Safe. This sweepstakes is being administered and sponsored by the NW Safe, 830 Cole St, Enumclaw, WA 98022
3. ELIGIBILITY. In addition to the other requirements set forth in these rules, the giveaway is open only to legal residents who are at least 18 years of age and are currently residing in the Washington. It is void to those residing in all other locations and where prohibited by law. Employees and independent contractors of NW Safe and its affiliates, as well as their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling and their respective spouses), regardless of where they reside, and those living in the same household of each, whether or not related, are not eligible. Additionally, NW Safe reserves the right to disqualify any person from participation in the sweepstakes where such participation would, in the sole opinion of NW Safe, compromise or give the appearance of compromising the integrity of the sweepstakes.
4. SUBMISSION PERIOD. Submission period is from 12:00:00 p.m. PDT July 13, 2023, through 11:59:00 p.m. PDT July 16, 2023.
5. ODDS OF WINNING: The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
6. WINNER ANNOUNCEMENT. One winner will be selected by NW Safe staff based on the images taged by partisipants. The winner will notified via direct message. The winner will be announced publicly on Tuesday July 18th on both Instagram and Facebook.
7. HOW TO ENTER. Entrants need to tag Northwest Safe and King County Fair on either Facebook or Instagram as a post. All nominations must be submitted between 12:00:00 p.m. PDT July 13, 2023, through 11:59:00 p.m. PDT July 16, 2023.
8. PRIZE. 1 Vaultek DS2i, along with free shipping anywhere in the continental USA. The total retail value of the prize package is approximately $500. There is no substitution, transfer or cash equivalent for prizes. Refunds and/or exchanges will not be given for previously purchased items or services at NW Safe.
9. GENERAL CONDITIONS. The individual who nominates the winner will be notified through the platform on which they made the nomination. All decisions by NW Safe regarding the prize, the finalists and the winner are final, binding and conclusive on all matters. NW Safe and any other partner or affiliate shall not be liable for late, lost, misdirected or unsuccessful efforts to notify the winner. No purchase or payment of any consideration is necessary to enter this giveaway. Individuals can nominate as many officers as they like, so long as they meet the required submission guidelines. By entering the giveaway, each entrant agrees to comply with these Official Rules. Noncompliance with any entry procedure will result in disqualification. Decisions of NW Safe as to the interpretation of the Official Rules shall be final and binding in all respects. NW Safe reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the drawing if any fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond NW Safe’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the giveaway, as determined by NW Safe in its sole discretion. In such event, NW Safe reserves the right to award the prize at random from among the eligible entries received up to the time of the drawing. NW Safe reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the drawing or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. NW Safe’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. Any disputes regarding this giveaway shall be governed by Washington law and resolved in courts sitting in Enumclaw, Washington.
10. CONSENT TO PUBLICITY; RELEASE OF LIABILITY. By accepting a prize, the winner consents to the use of his or her name and likeness for publicity purposes without further compensation. Winner will be featured on www.nwsafe.com, www.facebook.com/nwsafe, https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC7_IX9dpuYCrU49uTaykpyg (NW Safe’s YouTube channel), https://www.instagram.com/nwsafe/ and in other public-facing communications. By entering, all entrants release and hold harmless NW Safe and its partners, employees, agents, officers, directors, representatives and affiliated companies from all liability or any loss, damage or claim of any kind with respect to, or in any way arising from, this giveaway.
