IN-STOCK & OUT-OF-STOCK ORDERS:

Most safes are in-stock and ready for pick-up or delivery within 1-2 weeks. For out-of-stock items, we will add your safe to our next shipment at no additional fee, with an estimated delivery time of 6-10 weeks, depending on the manufacturer. If you need a safe FAST, contact us at 360-825-5953 for assistance.

For smaller products like quick access safes and accessories, we ship nationwide, typically the same or next business day if in stock. For commercial safes and vault doors, we partner with industry professionals across the U.S. to ensure safe and timely delivery.

DELIVERY OPTIONS AVAILABLE:

  • Store Pick-Up: Our team will demonstrate the safe’s basic operation and lock, repackage it, and load it into your truck or trailer.

  • In-Home Safe Delivery & Installation (Ground Floor): We specialize in professional in-home delivery and installation, ensuring your home’s thresholds, doorways, walls, and floors are protected. After installation, we will level your safe, review operation, and recycle all packaging. This service is limited to ground-floor installations with 1-6 steps in local delivery zones. Certain obstacles may involve additional fees.

  • Stair Installation (Upstairs/Downstairs): This option covers installations requiring a full flight of stairs or sloped path access. Please provide pictures and dimensions of your stairs if needed.

  • Curbside Drop-Off: We will deliver your safe to the curb of your residence or business. The pallet remains intact, and the safe is left in its packaging.

ADDITIONAL NOTES:

  • Difficult Deliveries: Obstacles like challenging terrain, stairways, or delicate flooring (marble, tile, etc.) may incur extra charges. We reserve the right to decline deliveries that pose safety risks.
  • Mileage Fees: May apply for deliveries outside the local area. Add your address at checkout for an accurate delivery cost.
