Warranty

Vaultek® guarantees your safe will be free of defects in materials or workmanship for two years from the date of original purchase, or three years with verified product registration. Warranty applies to the original purchaser in the U.S. and excludes misuse, modification, accidents, or tampering. If service is required, Vaultek will repair or exchange the safe; customers are responsible for packaging and shipping to and from the service center.
