The Browning Yellowstone 49 Gun Safe combines practical security, 60-minute fire protection, and one of Browning’s most useful gun-storage systems in a size that works well for most homes.
Built with a solid 12-gauge steel body, reinforced formed-steel door, and Browning’s Force Deflector™ Locking System, the Yellowstone 49 is designed to make forced entry more difficult while protecting the lock and boltwork from attack. Seven 1" hardened steel locking bolts secure both sides of the door, while triple-steel hard plates provide additional protection against drilling attacks.
60-Minute Fire Protection
The Yellowstone 49 is rated for 60 minutes at 1,400°F and uses Browning’s interlocking ThermaBlock™ fire insulation along with a heat-activated Palusol™ door seal to help protect the interior from heat, smoke, and fire.
