Warranty

Vaultek® guarantees your LifePod will be free of defects in materials or workmanship for one year from the date of original purchase from an authorized dealer, or two years when product registration is completed. Warranty is valid for the original purchaser in the U.S. only and excludes abuse, misuse, neglect, modification, accidents, or tampering. Vaultek will, at its option, repair or replace defective products. Customers are responsible for securely packaging items and for shipping costs to and from Vaultek service centers. Have your purchase receipt, dealer name, and a detailed description of the issue ready when filing a claim.
