Warranty
Vaultek® guarantees your LifePod will be free of defects in materials or workmanship for one year from the date of original purchase from an authorized dealer, or two years when product registration is completed. The warranty is valid only for the original purchaser in the U.S. and does not cover abuse, misuse, neglect, modifications, accidents, or tampering. If service is required, Vaultek will, at its option, repair or replace the product. Customers are responsible for securely packaging the product and for shipping costs to and from Vaultek service centers. Have your purchase receipt, dealer name, and a detailed description of the issue ready when filing a claim.
