Warranty

Vaultek® is committed to providing products of high quality and value.

• Safes: 2-year warranty (3 years with product registration)
• LifePod: 1-year warranty (2 years with product registration)

Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Exclusions include abuse, misuse, neglect, accidents, or modifications. Warranty applies to original purchaser in the U.S. only. For service, Vaultek may exchange or repair at no cost for parts or labor; shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
